What is going on ???

Well , i have been thinking about upgrading my site and trying to come up with ideas...
I want to bring this to another level and the more and more i find myself beeing very passionned about what i do. So for 2010, expect upgrades, more pictures, more vision, different approach ... more EDGYNESSS.

I am working hard to bring this to my viewers and upcoming ones... feel free to leave any ideas and things that you havent seen in other blogs and that you would probably want to see on this one... i will do my best to bring it to you !!!

I have been in the blogosphere for only 3 months with this blog and i already feel family ... actually talking about family , you might see a little bit more of them as we travel along...

So i am taking this time to wish everyone of you happy holydays, spend quality time with your families and friends ( life is short ), i also came to realise that happyness is in the little things that you live in your everyday life : time spending with husband, talking different subjects, seeing my kids growing into beautiful human beeings....oh and there  is fashion ... of course...

anyways ...a few more posts to come before we bring you a different vibes for 2010...

Like a mentionned in a previous post, i did change my hair ... AGAIN...

My mother is kinna going crazy with me.. with all this hair changing, and she is telling me that i am not acting my age. To me its just a matter of expressing my style, regardless.

So here is my new look...for now.... ( soon enough i will be back to a beyonce or something !!!!)

So if you read about me , you then know that i am from this contry called Canada.
Wonderful contry , i should say , beautifull sightings, people, places to go and see.

Canada has 10 provinces and 2 territories and one of those provinces is Quebec.
What is particular about that province is that the main language is french and it has its own distinctive population mostly due to its composition .

The population of the province quebec was built from the immigration of the french from france and part from british. What makes Quebec so distinctive is that , quebec alltogether has a different culture, a different fashion, different music, different known creative minds.

As an exemple one of the well known product of quebec is Celine Dion.

Now, inside of the province , we have what we called the Montreal metropolitain area. Which is concentrate of a lot of the french speaking immigration from around the world, and the born quebequers.

Well , thats where i live.

In another perspective, i thought about bringing you into my world and show you a bit of the edgynesss of the montreal metropolitain area throughout my blog.

ps: it is freaking cold in winter, but you can still go skiing , skating.....

Fashion trend: Jumpsuit

Ok .
I know my cam is not on point or i need to upgrade the way i take pictures, but its on the work !!!
Just wanted to show you a fashion trend that i certainly abused of,  this summer : The jumpsuit....( * of course in black *)


So i bought this piece at Zara, and it made wonders for me ,( since i gave birth to my 2nd son in March ), it hides everything that i need it to hide ..... just perfect.

Also what i like about the jumpsuit is that you can dress it up with some pumps or ankle boots or dress it down with some gladiator flat.


I already changed my hair too.... i'll show  you guys pretty soon ...


I had a brunch with the girls, yesterday, and of course,  with all the subjects that there is to discuss in the whole wide world , we had to come to the weight subject !!!


which brings me to this :    I NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT !!!!


I dont know if you feel like me, but i like a curvaceous women but someway, somehow, the clothes just fall easier and in the right place on a lighter person..... no ????? ( is it that we have been brainwashed that way by the media, i dont know... ).


So i am on the works to loose about 40 pounds ... ( is that even possible $%&^%$^%^%^%@???

I can already hear it ... Women !!! what about beeing healthy and eating right ????


I agree, but at this point i just want those damn clothes to sit right on me ....

Color of fashion

"All black everything" as Jay-z would say .....


For some reason in my mind, the color of fashion is black.
My wardrobe is 90% black .


I remember as i was growing up ( beeing a tomboy on top of it ) my mother would always ask me to put something of another color. I always had trouble finding the right color for me , but as soon as i wore black, i felt secure somehow.


Black is the color of class, the color that makes you look slimmer, the passe-partout color. Can't go to wedding in white but you can go in black !!!

10 facts about me:



1. I was born in montreal, quebec, canada so that would make me a Canadian but i surely can't avoid the fact that my parents are haitians borned and raised.

2. I never studied fashion, i am not a designer, i dont pretend to be an expert in that field. I guess its just a passion, i should say...

3. As i start this blog , i am currently in maternity leave ( 1 year ) after the birth of my second son. I have also been married now for 4 years.

4. People sometimes call me crazy , because of my personnality and my out of control style ( considering my age : 35 )

5. For some reason, i tend to think that the color of fashion is Black.

6. One of the reason i started this blog is that i want to show that you can be a bigger size and still look good and fashionable...... then again i bet u guys already knew that ...ah ha ...yah ! but dont get it twisted, you will also follow me in my journey of losing that extra weight i have .

7. I work in the government and i carry a uniform ( so much for fashion ).

8. I have a problem : i am undisciplined, have no perseverance and never fisnish stuff that i start..... yah right .... no really !!!
